Bring Comfort to Families Staying at Ronald McDonald House

A quilt is so much more than fabric – it’s a tangible hug, a gesture of compassion, and a reminder of home in unfamiliar surroundings. Each handmade quilt offers warmth and support to children of all ages—from newborns to young adults—during their medical journeys.

Upon their arrival, families are warmly invited to visit the Quilt Room, where they can select a quilt generously donated by compassionate individuals and groups. These quilts not only provide immediate comfort but also become cherished keepsakes, offering enduring support during and long after their stay.

Join our community of caring quilters. Your handmade quilt can bring comfort and connection to a family staying at Ronald McDonald House—because every stitch makes a difference. Donate now.

Guidelines for Donating

We accept all sizes of quilts as well as knitted blankets, slippers, and other handmade items.

Due to the compromised immune systems of the children, we ask that all quilts be new and washed.

How to Donate

1. Create your quilt following the guidelines above.

2. Ship or bring in person to your local Ronald McDonald House.

3. Please include your contact details, so we can thank you and share more on your impact.
